If we can all look back to after 9/11 most of us had several white powder scares called in to our dispatch centers. They seem to be coming back! I sopke to my source at the FBI and none of the recent scares have amounted to anything, but there has been several called in again. ARE YOU READY TO RESPOND TO THESE? What is your Protocols?
